Acts Chapter 27

Now read chapter 27 and then answer the questions.

This chapter of Acts describes the first and larger part of the apostle Paul's sea journey to Rome.

It is noteworthy that this journey is described to us so extensively and with many details from seafaring. From this we conclude that it is also the aim of the Holy Spirit to tell us details about the journey that we are making personally, but especially together as believers, to the heavenly coast, to the safe harbor of the promised land.

As for our journey of faith, it also applies:

God has not promised us a calm journey, but He will certainly get us to the destination!
