The Lord Jesus never disputed the authority of the Scriptures in His conversations with the Jews, quite the contrary.
He accused them of lacking knowledge of the Scripture and pointed out that they were not submitting to its authority. The way Christ speaks about the Scripture clearly indicates that He considers the entire Old Testament from beginning to end to be completely reliable.
