In the last two lessons, we have seen that the work of the Lord Jesus on the cross has two sides, the God-facing side of atonement and the side facing us humans, the substitution.
Now we would like to consider a wonderful effect of atonement and substitution: the reconciliation.
Reconciliation means the termination of a hostile relationship between two parties.
