Finally, the time has come! If the promised reward hasn't reached you yet, it is still on its way to you. Enjoy reading!
Our Bible study is not yet over. You may continue! Only one thing changes: from now on you need a New Testament to answer the questions.
The Bible consists of two parts: The Old and the New Testament.
The New Testament is the second part of the Bible. It tells of the life of the Lord Jesus on earth, His death, His resurrection, and the first years of Christianity. This part of the Bible is a collection of 27 books, written by eight men. Each book has a name. The first is called "Matthew", and the last "Revelation".
Give it a try yourself! What is written in Mark, chapter 2, verses 11 and 12? So: First search for Mark, then the big 2 for the chapter and finally the little 11. Read through both verses. There you will learn what happened next with the paralytic. It's not so difficult, is it?
To you I say, Arise, take up your couch and go to your house. And he rose up immediately, and, having taken up his couch, went out before them all, so that all were amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it thus. (Mark 2:11-12)
One more tip: Mark 2:1-16 is the short form for: Gospel according to Mark, chapter 2 verses 1 to 16!
